Choosing a panel is the first step in customizing baseball caps. Many people love 5-panel and 6-panel hats.
The 5-panel hat is made of 5 triangular panels with no seams in the middle, which make it perfect for customization. You can embroider the logo, patch the logo, or print the logo on the front of the hat.
There are seams in the middle of the 6-piece hat, so it’s unsuitable for printing the logo. You can choose an embroidery logo or patch logo.
Different cap materials reflect different characteristics and functions. We would choose different materials for different hats, which can make your hat more unique.

What details you can custom for headwear?
We can do any kind of cap you want. Like snapback cap, baseball cap, trucker hat, bucket hat, 5 panel camp hat, dad hat, beanies, visor, straw hat etc. Or you can show us one hat pic, we also make them done for you.
What's your moq? (minimum order quantity)
100pcs per design per color per size.
What's your lead time?
Sample time: 7-10 working days;
Bulk order: 25-35 working days below 5000pcs;
Rough 35-45 working days when over 5000pcs.
Which file formats do you support?
We accept Ai, Jpeg, Png.
How can I get one sample firstly?
Re sample, you have following two methods to get it.
1. Sample cost: USD50/pc including logo;
Shipping cost: USD35 via DHL Or FedEx.
2. If you can confirm order and pay us 30% deposit first, then we would like to prepare one free pre-production sample for your approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal for trade assurance orders,T/T, and L/C,If chosen in T/T, usually is a 30% deposit, and pay 70% deposit before shipment.
What's your Refund Policy?

Can you make products from recycled fabrics?
We have recycled fabric and yarn color swatches, and our factories passed GRS and GOTS certifications.

Our package is 25pcs per opp; then inner box; 100pcs per carton; carton size: 58*46*34cm.
For small order, we advise express, such as DHL, FedEx, Ups or TNT; Shipping cost via express is rough USD $1.8 each hat; shipping time is rough 7-10 working days.
For more caps, such as 1K or more,then we advise DDP shipping, which is cheaper, but slower, rough USD$0.5 each hat including shipping and VAT. Shipping time is rough 25-35 working days.
